Beadaholics has come a long way in those years and now offers courses in a comprehensive range of Jewellery Techniques.
Christen Jo Fraser (Jo) Dip of Art (Vis Arts) TSTC (Dom Arts) brings a lifetime of teaching and working in creative fields, with 15 years in teaching Creative Arts in Victorian Secondary Colleges, then designing Wedding Stationery and Bomboniere in an award winning business in Melbourne, Treasured Memories, while bringing up her 4 children, and now in Canberra bringing these skills in Arts and Crafts to enrich the wonderful area of Jewellery Crafts, bringing together the diversity of experiences of the past.
Beadaholics has been active in organising Workshops and Retreats as well as the regular 4 to 8 week courses now held in the Kaleen Studio, with a reputation for organising fun and relaxing, technique based courses to develop solid skills in a variety of skills areas.
Jo has been successful in winning first place in many recent competitions including Wirework, Precious Metal Clay, Polymer Clay and even Embroidery.

She has also acted as honorary Judge at the Sydney Easter Show 2006 & 2007, the Jewellery Section of the Canberra Royal Show 2008 and for the Finished Jewellery Section of the Bead and Gem Show 2008
Jo has been a regular contributor of projects in Beads Etc, Australian Beader, and Australian Beading Magazines as well as having work chosen for publication in the Galleries and Challenges in these Australian magazines and also in Step by Step Wire Magazine (USA).
